Refund Policy

For digital downloads, consumers waive cancellation rights before digital content can be provided. This means that once a consumer has downloaded our content,
they have given up their consumer rights to a refund. However, FPEX wants our
customers to be satisfied with our products. So, we will always consider a refund if our digital content does not meet the following standards: 1. Of satisfactory quality; 2. Fit for purpose, and 3. Is as described by our website

If your digital content does not meet these criteria and develops a fault, you have the right
to have your digital product repaired, replaced or refunded.

The Consumer Rights Act also gives consumers protection when it comes to digital downloads that fail to work (i.e., digital downloads that are corrupt). Customers are entitled to a repair or replacement if the digital content is faulty and even
compensation if other downloads or devices are affected.

It is your responsibility to read the product pages which describe in detail what is included. It is your responsibility to ensure receipt of any emails containing download links and passwords including checking your junk/spam folders. If you do not receive emails, they will be
resent on request to an alternate email address and you can resend the download links and passwords to yourself.

Not understanding how to use the product or making end-user mistakes such as not reading
or following directions is not covered. Also, using our products does not, in any situation, guarantee a contract win.

This return policy is available for review prior to purchasing. Return policy is void in cases of illegal or fraudulent activity. All Proposal materials are registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. We reserve the right to notify appropriate parties in cases of fraud.
